The Butterfly Pose, also Baddha Konasana, is a restful yoga pose that stretches the inner thighs and groin. It's a safe pose that can be benefited from by anyone, regardless of their experience level. To enter the pose, begin by sitting your legs. Let your feet rest close to each other. Gently press your knees toward the mat. As you lower into the
